医院外观在庆尚南道梁山取景，部分场景在首尔威斯汀朝鲜酒店的餐厅拍摄，从第6集起故事移到光州的5.18史迹。光州的三处地点都在连接国立5.18民主墓地和旧全罗南道厅一带的市内公交518路沿线，一天就能串起来走完。
