持有理髮師執照的演員朴寶劍，與好友李相二、郭東延一起，在全北茂朱一座靜謐的鄉村開起了理髮店。在被錦江水環繞、宛如陸上孤島的前島村，三人為村裡的老人家修剪頭髮，在剪刀聲的間隙裡交換塵封的往事與濃濃人情。這是一檔傾聽每位來客日常生活、為安靜小村注入生機的溫暖真人秀。
錦江水流將村莊整整環繞一圈，使茂朱前島村宛如一座漂浮的小島；自從朴寶劍的理髮店在此落腳，這裡便成了吸引全國遊客的溫情名所。沿著悠緩的鄉間小巷與江畔堤岸慢慢散步，體會節目裡那份鄰里溫情，但別忘了這是老人家們實際生活的村莊，請安靜而有禮地參觀。

The neighborhood barbershop run by the trio of Park Bo-gum, Lee Sang-yi and Kwak Dong-yeon. Built by remodeling an empty rural storefront, this little shop is the heart of the show, where elderly customers come and go, settling into the chair for a haircut and easy conversation.

The wider view of Apseom village in Naedo-ri, Muju, where the barbershop stands. A small farming hamlet of some 80 households, looped by the Geumgang River until it looks like an inland island, its riverside embankment and homely alleys form the backdrop throughout the show.
