持有理髮師執照的演員朴寶劍，與好友李相二、郭東延一起，在全北茂朱一座靜謐的鄉村開起了理髮店。在被錦江水環繞、宛如陸上孤島的前島村，三人為村裡的老人家修剪頭髮，在剪刀聲的間隙裡交換塵封的往事與濃濃人情。這是一檔傾聽每位來客日常生活、為安靜小村注入生機的溫暖真人秀。
錦江水流將村莊整整環繞一圈，使茂朱前島村宛如一座漂浮的小島；自從朴寶劍的理髮店在此落腳，這裡便成了吸引全國遊客的溫情名所。沿著悠緩的鄉間小巷與江畔堤岸慢慢散步，體會節目裡那份鄰里溫情，但別忘了這是老人家們實際生活的村莊，請安靜而有禮地參觀。

The neighborhood barbershop run by the trio of Park Bo-gum, Lee Sang-yi and Kwak Dong-yeon. Built by remodeling an empty rural storefront, this little shop is the heart of the show, where elderly customers come and go, settling into the chair for a haircut and easy conversation.
