從不失手、也從不妥協的天才外科醫師Gye Su-jeong以派遣醫師身分進入Guseo大學醫院，只憑一把手術刀和醫院的腐敗體制正面交鋒，是一部醫療黑色劇。原作是日本朝日電視台的日劇《Doctor-X》，導演Lee Jung-rim，編劇片星根。金智媛飾演Gye Su-jeong，李姃垠、孫賢周、金宇錫共同演出。本劇作為SBS金土劇於2026年10月9日首播，也在Netflix上架。
醫院外觀在慶尚南道梁山取景，部分場景在首爾威斯汀朝鮮酒店的餐廳拍攝，從第6集起故事移到光州的5.18史蹟。光州的三處地點都在連接國立5.18民主墓地和舊全羅南道廳一帶的市區公車518路沿線，一天就能串起來走完。
