題材是夢，諾蘭卻先挑實景再談CG。巴黎的比爾阿坎橋，正是艾里雅德妮把城市折起來之前兩人走過的那座橋，旁邊就望得見艾菲爾鐵塔，很好找。再加上丹吉爾的巷弄與加拿大卡納納斯基斯的堡壘山，一部片裡裝下了三塊大陸。

Fortress Mountain at Kananaskis in Alberta, Canada, where the snow-fortress battle of the deepest level was built as a set on the ski area. It sits about 90 kilometres west of Calgary and now runs as a snowcat-accessed backcountry ski operation.
