Saseongam Temple at 303 Saseongam-gil, Muncheok-myeon, Gurye, South Jeolla Province. A thousand-year-old temple that seems to hang from a 531-meter cliff near the summit of Osan Mountain, it hosted the Episode 4 scene where Han Seol-ah attends Yoon Seung-jae's 49th-day memorial rite and climbs the steep stone steps amid the family's resentment and suspicion. The view of the Seomjin River and Gurye plains from the courtyard of Yuligwangjeon Hall is striking enough to earn the temple its nickname, the Little Geumgang of Honam. You go up by monorail or on foot from the parking lot, and since it is an active temple, quiet and respectful conduct is appreciated.
