The red roses spilling over the wall and the gate went on screen exactly as they are, and the alley out front is where Yi-jin, mid newspaper route, first collides with Hee-do. It takes paying guests, so look from the lane rather than stepping into the yard.

The tunnel where Hee-do and Yi-jin stand facing each other in the closing scene of episode 2. An old rail tunnel kept open for people on foot, it echoes as you step inside and stays cool through summer. The city of Jeonju also lists it as the spot where Hee-do talks Yi-jin back from the edge.

The old shop in Seohak-dong that played the comic rental store where Yi-jin worked part time. The running arguments over who gets the new volume first happened inside this narrow room. It is one bridge away from Jeonju Hanok Village.

The corner store Hee-do kept visiting to collect the stickers that came with the bread. It sits on the road climbing toward Namgo Fortress and no longer trades, so treat it as a stop for the aged signboard and the lane around it rather than a shop.

The school with the fountain where Hee-do tells Yi-jin to be happy in a way only the two of them know about. The city of Jeonju lists it as the school where the pair found their happiness. Getting onto the grounds is difficult on a teaching day, so plan to see it from outside the main gate.

The real school behind Taeyang High, where the five friends spend their teens. The untouched old building and dirt yard carry the 1990s setting on their own. Unlike the Jeonju locations it sits in Nonsan in South Chungcheong, so it needs its own slot in the itinerary, and since it is school property, check with the school before going past the gate.
