The park where the two leads go blossom viewing, sitting side by side and growing closer as they watch the cherry trees. The story places the scene in Tokyo, but the blossom sequence was actually shot in Kawagoe, Saitama, and the scenes featuring Kyoko Koizumi were filmed in Kawagoe as well. Come in spring to match what is on screen, since outside blossom season what remains is the wide lawn and the walking paths.

In the story this is a ramen shop in Kichijoji, but the filming actually took place inside this restaurant in the Higashi-Ueno Korea Town. Beyond the interior, the crew set up a kitchen car on the street under special permission and shot for two days with the cooperation of nearby buildings and Korea Town shops. It still runs as a ramen shop, so you can sit at the counter seen on screen and order a bowl.

The park where Jungo wanders in search of Hong after coming to Korea, and where the final episode's reunion was filmed, Jungo running up behind Hong as she jogs until the two stop, tell each other how they feel and apologize. Kentaro Sakaguchi himself has called it the most memorable of the Korean locations. The reservoir-side path and lawns look just as they do on screen, so walking the loop around the water traces the route of the scene.

The campus where Jungo and Hong visit the monument to the Korean poet Yun Dong-ju during their trip to Kyoto. The stone honors the poet behind the collection Hong carries with her everywhere, and it grounds a flashback that mirrors where the two stand with each other. The campus is right outside Imadegawa Station on the subway Karasuma Line, a ride from Kyoto Station with no transfer.

The temple that appears in the flashback where Jungo and Hong rent bicycles and tour Kyoto. The two ride past its front gate as they sightsee. It is about a ten minute walk north from Kyoto Station along Karasuma-dori, which makes it a natural first stop on a Kyoto location route.

The market the two walk through side by side, a four-century-old arcade street known as Kyoto's kitchen. The stretch on screen runs from Teramachi-dori on the Shijo Kawaramachi side to Takakura-dori on the Karasuma side. Stalls selling prepared side dishes, dried goods and tea line the narrow arcade, so the walk the couple took is easy to retrace end to end.

The airport where Jungo, in Korea on a business trip, and Hong, there for work, cross paths again after five years, the starting point of their reunion. It is the scene that opens the drama's present-day timeline, so it carries real weight in the story. Which part of the airport was used has not been confirmed, so a visit means walking the arrival and departure halls and reading the atmosphere.
