The Los Angeles Theatre in downtown LA, the grand London stage and red auditorium where Angier and Borden perform. Built in 1931, its gilt ornament and grand staircase lobby survive intact; it is not open daily, but tours and hired events get you inside.

Mount Wilson Observatory in California, standing in for Tesla's Colorado Springs laboratory, including the field of light bulbs glowing out of the bare ground, shot around the observatory and its car park. You drive up a mountain road to get here, and it closes on some winter days.
Tower Theatre 802 South Broadway Los Angeles
The Tower Theatre on Broadway, the other stage used alongside the Los Angeles Theatre to build the film's London theatre district. It has since been converted into a store, so anyone can walk in during opening hours and look up at the ceiling and balcony.
