When corporate executive Sung Tae-hun is abruptly reassigned, he uproots his wife and three sons from the city and moves them to the remote farming village of Yeonri-ri. Thrown into cabbage farming as their ticket back to Seoul, the city family bickers and blunders through village life, asking whether material success really equals happiness and discovering a small but certain kind of love along the way.
The real Yeonri-ri of the drama is Yongyeon-ri in Mungyeong, a genuine farming hamlet of cabbage patches and old stone-wall lanes tucked into the folds of the hills, exactly the backdrop for the city family's clumsy new start. Come in late autumn when the cabbage harvest is in full swing to match the scenes on screen, and since real residents still live here, pair it quietly with nearby Mungyeongsaejae or the omija trails rather than lingering in the lanes.
