Because the story turns on chases moving between hospital and city, no official filming locations have been released yet, but as the episodes pile up the real settings of the hospital exterior and the kidnapping and chase scenes should surface one by one. Some of the hospital scenes for the drama's Uri Hamkke Hospital were also shot at Sejong Chungnam National University Hospital. The production split hospital filming between here and Yangju Korea Hospital, which covered the exterior and corridors, and fan-compiled location maps made after the finale consistently list this spot. The complex opened in 2020 in Sejong's Dodam-dong, so the modern building on screen matches what you see on site.
