Lucky is a con artist whose multi-million-dollar score falls apart, and by morning she is the one being hunted. The FBI wants her, and so does a crime boss with no interest in taking her alive. Staying ahead of both is only half of it, because she also has to find a way out. Apple TV+ adapted Marissa Stapley's novel into a seven-part limited series, with Anya Taylor-Joy starring and executive producing.
The suite with the packed suitcase and the champagne toast on the roof were shot at Caesars Palace, midway down the Las Vegas Strip. Once Lucky is on the run the show drops to the Southern California coast, and four Long Beach locations carry the escape. Vegas is a single stop and an afternoon at most, since walking the gaming floor costs nothing. Long Beach splits in two, the downtown Promenade and three places around Alamitos Bay, and earns a day of its own. Golden Sails Hotel, Boathouse on the Bay and the Belmont Shore beach all ring the same bay, close enough to cover in half a day.

The resort carries the show's opening stretch, from Lucky crossing the gaming floor to the suite with the suitcase and the champagne toast on the roof. Vanderpump Cocktail Garden, inside the same property, appears as itself. Caesars Palace is a full-scale casino hotel in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip, and its floor runs around the clock and costs nothing to walk through. Under Nevada rules nobody under 21 may linger in the gaming area, and the guest floors and rooftop need a room key.
The Promenade North, Long Beach, CA 90802
The stretch after the story moves to downtown Long Beach was filmed along this pedestrian street. Long Beach Post confirmed it from city film permits and from reporting at the shoot, and placed the car chase not on the Promenade itself but on nearby Fourth Street. The car-free walkway between 3rd and 5th is open at any hour, lined with restaurants and cafes, which makes it a sensible place to start a Long Beach day.

The coastal lodging scenes after Lucky reaches Southern California were shot at this hotel, which Long Beach Post identified from city film permits. It stands on Pacific Coast Highway facing Alamitos Bay and is still trading, so a night here belongs on the route rather than beside it. Boathouse on the Bay and the Belmont Shore beach ring the same water, which makes it a workable base for the Long Beach locations.

It sits at the edge of Alamitos Bay and has kept trading since the shoot, so check hours and book through its own site before going. Golden Sails Hotel is on the same Marina Drive stretch, which makes the two easy to pair.
Belmont Shore Beach, Long Beach, CA 90803
The escape sequence was shot on this beach, in the stretch between 54th Place and 55th Place named in the film permits Long Beach Post reviewed. Access is free and the houses begin where the sand ends, so most side streets drop straight onto the beach. The breakwater offshore keeps the surf down and the water flat. The beach house in the show is not here but a private residence on the Long Beach peninsula, and it does not belong on a visitor route.
