The school building in Incheon's Michuhol District where the exterior and campus scenes of the fictional Yeil High School were shot. Incheon Electronic Meister High School and Incheon Arts High School split a single building here, and the huge structure, laid out in the shape of the Chinese character 王 (king) when seen from above, gave the show its trademark menacing delinquent-school atmosphere. Most of the scenes of Ga-min and his study group moving between the corridors and the yard play out against this backdrop. It is an operating school, so outside entry is restricted; realistically you can capture the front gate and the imposing facade from a distance.

This seaside strip is where Seong-cheol takes on the Yeonbaek gang's enforcers head-on. The whole street is pedestrian only, so you can leave the car behind and walk, with Wolmi Theme Park, the cruise boat pier and Wolmi Park all strung together within a few minutes on foot. In a series shot largely inside school walls, this is the signature outdoor brawl location, framed by the water.

The coastal road where the Yeonbaek gang's enforcers cut off Lee Han-kyung's car. Geobukseom in Siheung is a purpose-built waterfront leisure complex with the Wave Park artificial surfing pool, a retail block and a shoreline promenade, so it is easy to reach by car and parking is plentiful. With most of the series shot around Incheon, this is close to the only stretch of open sea road it offers.

단국대학교 죽전캠퍼스 법정관 경기도 용인시 수지구 죽전로 152

The elite high school that Lee Han-kyung and the study group visit for an inter-school study meet is in fact Beopjeonggwan Hall on a university campus. Sources spell the fictional school as either Manil High or Manik High, so both names circulate, but they agree that the filming site is Dankook University's Jukjeon campus. The campus is open, so the exterior is easy to walk up to, and since classes run inside the building it is worth keeping quiet indoors.

성남외국어고등학교 경기도 성남시 분당구 대왕판교로385번길 28

The red brick building that stands in for Manik High, the elite school Yoon Ga-min was aiming for. On screen the two schools look like next door neighbours, but Seongnam Foreign Language High School and the Dankook campus are more than 8km apart in reality. It is a working high school with students in class, so there is no entry, and the most you can do is take in the facade from outside the front gate.

The bookstore in the early episodes was filmed here. It suits the premise of a hero who clings to studying better than any of the fight locations do, which makes it stand apart among the show's sites. It sits directly beneath Goyang Intercity Bus Terminal and connects to Baekseok Station underground, and anyone can walk in freely.

아이스걸크림보이 일산점 경기도 고양시 일산동구 정발산로 24

The ice cream shop the study group drops into. It is a gelato store on the ground floor of Western Dom by Jeongbalsan Station, still open as of July 2026, so you can sit where the scene was shot and order from the same counter. Of all the show's locations, this is the easiest one to simply walk into.

김해본가뒷고기 경기도 부천시 원미구 부일로205번길 47

The street scene in episode 2 was shot in this alley, with the pavement in front of the pork restaurant appearing on screen as it is. It is a little over five minutes on foot from exit 2 of Songnae Station, and the old shop is still trading as of July 2026, so you can look over the alley and then stay for a meal. It closes on Sundays, so check the day before setting out.

A neighbourhood park in the same Dohwa-dong area as the school location already listed for this title, named as one of the sites used for scenes outside the school. It is a small local park with a play structure, swings and a seesaw, easy to add on foot to a walk around the school. No source pins down which scene was filmed here, so treat it as a look at the surrounding neighbourhood rather than a shot to match.
